This is very different to Skye's Bayou Stix, and it just proves what an awesome writer Skye is.
I was hooked from the first chapter and kept reading while at my desk working!! Ops! I couldn't help it, its a page turner. Skye has filled this book with lots of emotion and personal touches. I now have the need to travel to Louisiana to check out these places described in the book.
I actually shouted at my kindle "NO" and burst out laughing in public at the waxing conversation (yes ladies we have all been there). I could keep rambling on about this book but I don't want to spoil it for anyone, so you best check it out for yourself, you wont be disappointed.
