I just loved it.
It's got the feels I have come to love from a CA Harms, she never lets me down.
The story is full of drama and antics that you'd except to see from a group of college guys in a frat house, with exception Xavier!!! Oh my he is sooooo dreamy.
Morgan is such a strong character you can't help but love her.
A fab 5 star sweet romance, complete with lovely family feel.
